Full-time and Part-time
Academic Director-primarily responsible for the academic process, delivery, content and application. Direct supervisor of academic advisors and tutors.
Financial Clerk- primary responsibility is to assist and support in performing customer invoicing, financial agreements, payroll, financial reporting, and collections.
HR/General Administration-provides Human Resources project and administrative support to the ASA Team
Corporate Sponsorships/Fundraising-participates in on-site activation of grassroots marketing and acts as a brand ambassador for both a professional sports team and participating sponsors.
Academic Advisors-advises student-athletes regarding information, procedures, and academic requirements. Also assists student-athletes in evaluation academic abilities and goal setting.
Coaching (any positions)-assisting coaching staff for all three sports, football, baseball (also bilingual) and basketball
Marketing/Communications-Help administer various programs and marketing campaigns throughout the year
Tutoring- to assist student-athletes in understanding and learning various academic subjects. Must be able to assist, evaluate, motivate, develop and integrate student-athletes in learning (SUBJECTS: Math, English, Reading, Social Sciences, and ESL).
Qualifications:
-Working towards Associate or Bachelor’s in areas of Communications, Business, Marketing, preferred, but not required. (Coaching, not specific area of study required)
-Great verbal and written communication
-Able to communicate with parents and coaches
-Self starters and can work with the little to no supervision
-Advance computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and InDesign, preferred
